When administrators use AI generation features, the Plugin processes:

• Generation Inputs: Topics, prompts, keywords, URLs (including YouTube links), and configuration settings provided to generate content.
• Anonymous Usage Signals: Non-personal analytics used to improve feature reliability and performance.
• Feedback: Optional feedback submitted by users.

1.3 Administrator Credentials

The Plugin stores encrypted API keys for third-party LLM providers locally on your WordPress server. These keys are never transmitted to ShahiSoft servers.

3. Third-Party AI & Payments

3.1 AI Processing: Content generation requests are sent only as necessary to selected AI providers to produce outputs. No payment information is shared with AI providers.

3.2 Payments: All purchases are securely processed by a trusted payment provider. We do not store or access your payment information.

4. Data Portability & Retention

• Local Storage: Generated content, indexed knowledge data, and configuration settings remain within your WordPress database.
• Data Portability: Administrators may export generated or processed data where supported.
• Control: Indexed knowledge or generated content can be removed at any time through the Plugin dashboard.
